On entering Adam's for my fist Reiki session, I was immediately stolen away from the business of my day. It was like being given a huge hug, just by walking in the door. I entered a space that felt warm, safe and inviting. Adam's humour and gentleness complimented nicely.  Adam's approach was very informative as he briefed me on the process and on some of the fundamentals  underpinning the Reiki method. I felt Adam to be very present throughout the experience and I felt very supported to be 'free to be'. My attunement to the space and to Adam allowed me to open myself wholeheartedly to the experience and I felt a release that was so refreshing. My freedom was experienced within the many visualisations I encountered and some strong physical sensations. I experienced an overall feeling of integration with the Self that had not been nearly as strong prior to the session. I felt a lightness of the body and centredness of being that has carried into many aspects of my everyday life. I look forward to the next one :)
